To ensure a smooth and stress-free grooming experience for both you and your pet, please review the following terms and conditions:

Pet Health & Safety:

• All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or allergies your pet may have before the appointment.
• Aggressive or overly anxious pets may require rescheduling or alternative arrangements for their safety and ours.

Home Grooming Requirements:

• Access to a garden tap for water.
• A nearby electrical outlet.
• One towel per pet being groomed.

Payment Terms:

• EFT: Payment must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Cash: Payable on the day of grooming before the service begins.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
• Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Matted Coats & Special Treatments:

Additional charges may apply for de-matting or heavily soiled pets due to the extra time and care required.
In cases of severe matting, we may recommend shaving for the comfort of your pet.

Flea Policy

If fleas are discovered during grooming, a flea treatment will be applied at an additional cost.

Liability:

While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, grooming can involve the use of tools and equipment. We will not be held liable for any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or health issues that arise during or after grooming.

Appointment Timeliness:

Please ensure your pet is ready for grooming at the scheduled time to avoid delays.
